· Maximum of 120 guests including the wedding party with a total of 12 tables
· Agreement in abiding by Rock Hill Pavilion LLC’s Policy Statement.
Your date is reserved upon receipt of a signed Contract & Policy Statement, and receipt of 50% of Rock Hill Pavilion LLC’s Fee. The 50% deposit is non-refundable. The balance is due 90 days prior to the event.
· $500 Breakage / Security Fee for Rock Hill Pavilion LLC which will be refunded if there is no damage and provisions within the Policy Statement are maintained. This is due 30 days prior to your wedding/event.
